RESEARCH PRIVACY POLICY

Enquiro Search Solutions steadfastly believes in the privacy of its survey participants and research panel members. Only Enquiro Search Solutions will have access to the information that you provide to us as part of this research.  This Research Privacy Policy applies to all information submitted to or collected by Enquiro Search Solutions for the above-mentioned research purposes.

Information Collected:
We will collect personal data such as name, address and email address in order to contact you regarding our research.

You may also be asked to provide personal information so that we can make sure we are surveying a representative group of people in our studies. We will not require you to provide more information than is necessary to participate in our research studies.

Personal Data:
Personal data is collected during registration for Enquiro Search Solutions Research Panel or response to research surveys. Enquiro Search Solutions will never disclose your identity or personal information to any third party. Enquiro Search Solutions will never barter, trade, or sell access to our database of research participants.  

Anonymity:
Information gathered through our surveys is used only for research purposes and remains anonymous. However, you may be asked to provide your identity to be eligible for a drawing/prize.  You may need proof of identity (such as name, address and age) in order to claim your prize.

Information Security:
Access to user data is strictly limited and can only be accessed by specific individuals who have the necessary username and password combination. A log is maintained to record who has accessed the data. This log is monitored periodically for security breaches.

Opt-Out from Research Panel or Survey List:
Any panelist recruited for a research project may opt-out at any time by simply submitting a request to research@enquiro.com. Your information will be immediately removed from our database.

Changes in Our Policy:
We reserve the right to change this Research Privacy Policy at our discretion. However, our policy of never selling personal information to any third party will remain in force. Any changes in policy will be noted in a revised Research Privacy Policy statement and posted at least 30 days prior to implementation.
